Welcome to the AirMagnet Spectrum Analyzer/Cisco Spectrum Expert to AirMagnet Spectrum XT Gold support transfer program web form.
Make sure you read the important information listed below, before requesting the transfer of the Gold support and maintenance contract to AirMagnet Spectrum XT for your currently owned AirMagnet Spectrum Analyzer/Cisco Spectrum Expert (Note: Cisco Spectrum Expert sold as part of AirMagnet Mobile Bundles Only) products:
- AirMagnet Spectrum Analyzer/Cisco Spectrum Expert and AirMagnet Spectrum XT must be registered before using this form. If the products are not registered, please visit AirMagnet Product Registration.
- After you submit the request, the support dates for the AirMagnet Spectrum Analyzer/Cisco Spectrum Expert products will be transferred to the new Spectrum XT product.
- Existing AirMagnet Spectrum Analyzer/Cisco Spectrum Expert products will be de-activated from your MyAirMagnet.com account.
- It will take up to 72 hours for the new support end dates to get updated in your MyAirMagnet.com account.
